  Aquaforte Pre-Filter (Dirty Harry)

   

  The Aquaforte Pre-Filter (Dirty Harry) comes complete with unions for easy removal of the inner strainer to facilitate cleaning.
  
  The pre-filter ensures that larger waste solids in the pond water, such as leaves, small branches and larger algae particles are collected before they are caught up in the pump or in the filter.

  By pre-filtering the water, you prevent larger particles from clogging up or overloading the filter.

  The service life of the pond pump is protected because large particles will not damage the impeller of the pump.

  The housing of the pre-filter is transparent, so it is easy to see when it needs cleaning.

  The HI-700-25 are high-quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate measurements with their Ammonia Checker® HC. These reagents follow the Nessler Method in which the reaction between ammonia and reagents causes a yellow tint in the sample. By simply adding 4 drops from each bottle of HI-700-25 reagent set to the sample, the reaction will take place and the HI-700 will determine the concentration from the colour that is produced. The results will be displayed in ppm (mg/L) of ammonia-nitrogen (NH₃-N). These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 0.00 to 3.00 ppm ammonia-nitrogen. To convert the reading to ppm of ammonia (NH₃) multiply the result by 1.214.
