Reducing bushes are used to convert Grey Pressure Pipe to Black Solvent weld pipe and vice versa. Use solvent weld glue on the bushes and then a Pressure pipe fitting, Slide Valve or double union valve to convert.

Socket unions are used for joining lengths of pipe but still allow the pipe to be split quickly by unscrewing the socket.
Socket unions with female threads are used to attach pipework to pumps and allow quick removal of the pump. Use a 1.5″ for our 10,000 EVO Variflow & the 2″ for bot 20,000 & 30,000 models.
Socket unions with male threads are used to connect EVO UV clarifyers to your pipework, 1.5″ for models up to 110 Watts, 2″ for the 110 Watt unit.
